Background of the Study

The concept of the world education has various interpretation and definitions in the view of different education schools and educational philosophers.

Therefore, there is no single meaning and definition of education due to its ambiguous study.

According to the world book encyclopedia (2005), education is the process by which people acquire knowledge, skill value of attitude. It further describes that education help people to become a useful member of the society and generally accepted.

The development in technology has brought up the uses of computer which is Computer Education”. Computer education is the teaching of computer for those who wish to have the knowledge and apply it in their own area of specialization (C.S Oke and L.A Akinniyi 2007).

Computer system is defined by Jeremiah (2008) is an electrode channel devices which under a stored program accept data, process and produce result of the processing. He further sees complex calculation and other operation at a very fast speed. A computer is used for word processing and generating of geration of report names as well as other operations that make life casier for man to live.

The importance of Computer Science in school has been recognized by educators all over the world.  There is gain saying that the computer education is planning an important role in the development of his nation.

Several reasons have been advanced for the effects of some environmental conditions on the academic performance of computer science students and this has posed many problem to the computer science teachers such as lack of interest, lack of  teaching aids, adequate qualified teachers of computer science, lack of incentives from the government to the teachers of computer science, lack of electricity, poor environment and lack of accommodation.
