Lack of improper ecological management has cumulatively confronted us with degraded environment which is threatening human existence in the world at present. Man is paying for neglecting his environment which has reached its peak with the advent of industrial technology. The world is now battling with environmental problems such as water and air pollution, depletion of Ozone layer, degradation of land and the disappearance at some species of animals. Agboola (2006) said, one major areas that was readily see to promote economic growth was industrial development, so it was that efforts were geared toward industrialization in many part of the world without stopping to think that the effect could be on:the environment. The aftermath of this was a critical deterioration or degradation of physical environment, which is caused by mining activities construction activities overloading of the environment with pollutants contained in industrial wastes, agricultural wastes, garbage, poisonous fluids and gases detergents and fertilizer among others Blair (1974).
