INTRODUCTION

Art horses, also frequently called donkey benches, are crafted specially with the artist comfort in mind.
Donkey chairs play that role. It is for comfort and used for seating and effect drawing of art work of project.
Due to the scarcity and expensive materials as well as equipment in Nigeria today many art institutions cannot afford the purchasing of donkey chairs into their drawing studios. As a result of this view brought about the idea of using local materials for the construction of this drawing equipment.
Many students who are talented in drawing are inculpated in practicing it because faculties of the inability of acquiring good drawing faculties of which donkey chairs is of prime importance. It helps to relief student and schools of the difficulties they might have been facing in the rehabilitation of donkey chairs in the studio for the effective use of the students. The construction of new donkey chairs which is major equipment in drawing studio because there is no field of art that can exist in isolation without drawing.
